The real star was the Indonesian food we discovered nearby, especially at Ichiban Sushi, just 0.1 km away—what a treat! the bed in our Classic Double Room was super comfy, making for great nights after wandering around.

We found quite a bit of hair in the shower. Dust bunnies everywhere, even on the walls. An odd smell lingered, probably from the old carpet, but the cozy vibe still made it feel like a classic stay.

perfect base for city strolls and iconic landmarks

i loved that the hotel was just a few steps from the paris catacombs and it was so easy to stroll over to the beautiful luxembourg gardens, which made my weekend absolutely delightful and full of stunning views.

noisy guests

this so-called hotel was a disaster. my room was dusty and the bright red walls, wow, not relaxing at all. Oh, and can you believe I didn’t even get a room upgrade? I almost thought about leaving a good review, but the noise from other guests kept me up all night, so I just couldn’t.
